Got Scars?
Hey everyone...
Friend of mine and RN posted this info for anyone that have surgery scars they would like to fade away:
Having had many skin cancers removed this year as well as foot surgery, I found myself left with some scars that I didn't like.
My Dermatologist. Dr. Martha Post in Lexington in case anyone needs a good one, recommended the Neosporin Scar patches, and I'll have to say I'm impressed and wish I had known about them way before now. Of course they are relatively new on the market, and expensive at anywhere from 28.00-32.00 !
You place one on the scar and leave it for 12 hours each day for 4 days, and then use a new one. There is a 12 week supply which is more than enough to do the job. In fact, I cut one patch into 3 small ones, as I have many smaller incision scars. Works on old scars as well in reducing them. Newer scars it works even better!
